Changes to the Unit Titles Act are now in force
FeaturedChanges to the Unit Titles Act 2010 are now in force. The purpose of the Unit Titles (Strengthening Body Corporate Governance and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2022 is to provide greater protections for people who buy or own unit title properties.
